At the Lake Placid World Cup, overall points leader and 2010 Olympic champion Hannah Kearney was the winner at 25.45, maintaining her lead in the overall points standings. Canada's Jenn Heil took silver and Quebec City's Audrey Robichaud earned her first World Cup medal, finishing the day in third.
