Kiteboard Tour Asia's Neil Godbold presents the Registration Day at KTA's final event of the tour ( Open championships ). Pingtan County (Chinese: 平潭县) is comprising 126 islands in the Taiwan Strait, under the administration of Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian province.
Update : 90 competitors registered today for a total of 116 entries for all disciplines : breaking a new record for the KTA ! Over 20 Nationalities are represented in this event, with over 30 Chinese kiters. The Racing line up ( Raceboard an Twin-Tip ) will see 86 racers fight for the win , a number we never reached before as well. Seems like the 2016 Olympic news pushed many towards this thrilling discipline !
