Black Diamond athlete Steve Romeo put together a second video from his travels and turns down in New Zealand (see his first video here: vimeo.com/16972214), this time highlighting his time spent at the Pioneer Hut and an attempt on Mount Aspiring.

Greetings skiers! I put this little video together from some clips I had from time spent skiing at the Pioneer Hut, as well as an attempt to ski Mount Aspiring in New Zealand. The two missions couldn't have been more different, in that I rode in a helicopter to access the Pioneer Hut, while on the Mount Aspiring trip, I hiked for two days, fording streams and and sheep, with a 70lb. pack on my back before even getting to snow line. Two totally different experiences, but both...tons of fun!!!
