Yeti hit up the biggest mountain bike festival in Europe at the Winterberg bike park, Germany. 2008 saw the second year of this mammoth mountain bike festival which includes the iXS German Downhill Cup, the Cannondale The Cut Slopestyle and the Scott 4X challenge, the biggest 4X race in the world.
Of the 541 riders in the downhill event, the Yeti boys Justin Leov and Sam Blenkinsop put in storming runs taking home first and third place, respectively. The Yeti success did not stop there, with Ross Milan taking second place in the 4X event.
This vid captures the Winterberg 4X in all its groomed glory, as riders battle it out through perfectly bermed corners and sculpted table tops.
Clay Porter captures Schladming World Cup winner Sam Blenkinsop in full throttle mode, eating up roots and rock sections on board the world beating Yeti 303. With race support from Fox, Shimano, Maxxis, DT Swiss and a host of other sponsors, the Yeti team are now a major force in world downhill.
