Rockstar Energy Pala Highlight Video

MX Sports Pro Racing presents the Rockstar Energy Pala Highlight Video from Saturday's inaugural Pala Motocross National at Pala Raceway in Pala, Calif. The event served as the 2010 season finale and signified the series' long-awaited return to Southern California and its new home for the outdoor nationals. Thousands of diehard motocross fans invaded the new facility and welcomed the world's best riders with open arms. After a historic season, Rockstar/Makita Suzuki's Ryan Dungey capped off the most successfeul rookie year of all time by winning his 10th race of the season with a dominating 1-1 effort. In the 250 Class, the championship was on the line between Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki's Christophe Pourcel and GEICO Powersports Honda rider Trey Canard. An incredible first moto featured tremendous drama with both riders, but unfortunately came to a heart-breaking conclusion for Pourcel who suffered a race-ending injury and as a result, lost the coveted title. Canard celebrated his championship with a solid third place effort while Pourcel's Pro Circuit teammate Dean Wilson carried the Kawasaki flag high with a 1-1 performance.
