The latest episode from Stokesy's Stange Beautiful Life was filmed in two parts. The first at home in the UK with XXL nominee Tom Butler. The second in Central America, notably chubbier. A lip to the head, a torn knee ligament and some serious couch time separates the two.

"4 tedious months out of the water has given me perspective and a certain outlook that I'm sure was there before but I feel different, it's just when you cant do something you love for ages when you finally get to do it again you fall in love with it all over again."
