Valient Thorr % Snow Scrapers Contest NYC

Only in a New York minute! Can thousands of fans conjure in a park on the river's edge, boarders board, bands rock and 100 grand get distributed. That's exactly what happened at the Red Bull Snowscrapers Big Air contest on the bank of the East River Park. A mega step-up hip jump was engineered, 16 of the world's best snowboarders were hand picked and the crew at Snowpark Technologies went to work in order to bring snowboarding's big air debut to the Big Apple. An unruly crowd of more than three thousand people braved the bone chilling cold to witness city shredding, Valient Thorr and Anthrax!
