Occy wins the Single Fin, Twin Fin, Thrusters and Grand Champions Final of the Four Seasons Maldives Surfing Champions Trophy and then celebrates with a dance with Mr President of the Maldives, His Excellency Mohamed Nasheed who said in his speech 'we are the people of the sea'.
