Former WTer Tim Boal has decided to give contests the wide one this year and instead focus on travelling to wherever - but preferably new destinations - to surf good waves. So far that's entailed a trip to Mexico, the Canaries, California (to shred Mavricks and Ricon) and most recently a little boat trip to the Malives that you see here.
