Levi Siver was born in Idaho, in December of 1980. His parents loved windsurfing, so they packed up and moved the family to Maui, Hawaii. Once they were there, they founded the Maui Ocean Academy. It was natural that Levi and his brother, Luke, would also develop a love for windsurfing.

Levi Siver is a professional windsurfer on the PWA. He has a style which is both graceful and inspiring. In 2006, Levi finished with a ranking of 16th on the PWA and in 2007 he ranked 6th on the PWA. These results show that Levi Siver is moving up in the ranks fast. He was in a windsurfing movie, filmed by poorboyzproductions.com, called "The Windsurfing Movie", which was released in 2007. Poorboyzproductions.com planned for this windsurfing film to be the biggest one ever made. "The Windsurfing Movie" was filmed from different locations around the world. Plans are being made to film and release another film sometime in 2010. Levi is sponsored by Goya Sails, Quatro International, Red Bull, Oxbow, and Dakine.
