Looking to find out when the cross country mountain biking Olympics event is on at the Games in Rio de Janeiro? Look no further.
The Olympic cross country mountain biking is one of the more adrenaline-fuelled sports on the program at the Games; with several steep descents being balanced out by the downhill after and rock gardens and obstacles galore.
The riders will be taking on a 5km circuit, with the men's category taking the Olympic cross country course on a few more times than the women, and riders will generally be on course for over an hour.
Here's the key information so you don't miss out on the XC when it kicks off in Rio later this month.
The cross country mountain biking is the last of the cycling events to take place at the Olympic Games in Rio, and will take place as follows:
The women's category: 20 August 2016, starting at 12.30pm
The men's category: 21 August 2016, starting at 12.30pm
As with all Olympic events, those in the UK will be able to watch the racing live on either their televisions, the red button or online.
