Brandon Semenuk Has Something “Terrifying” Planned For Red Bull Rampage

"I haven't even walked to the edge of his drop in. It's terrifying..."

Red Bull Rampage, the biggest freeriding frenzy on the mountain biking calendar, is set to return this weekend, and things are getting exciting ahead of the finals on October 17.

The riders are building their lines and preparing to go wild now, and slopestyle MTB king Brandon Semenuk, who won the event as a 17-year-old when it returned from a four year hiatus in 2008, looks like he has some tricks up his sleeve.

Semenuk is always going to be a contender coming into… well, near enough any mountain bike competition that involves looking steezy, but he’s going to have to build a creative line if he’s going to stand out.

There’s been a lot of talk about how gnarly Nico Vink’s Red Bull Rampage line looks this year, and you know the likes of Kyle Strait, Cam Zink and 2014 winner Andreu Lacondeguy will be going hard as hell as well as plenty others.

So, what has Brandon got planned for the big day? Have a watch of the preview below and find out for yourself…
