This Apocalyptic Mountain Bike Edit Abuses Slow-Mo Filming To Absolute Perfection

This is one of the most satisfying mountain bike clips you'll see for a while...

‘Dust Apocalypse’ from Fabien Cousinie is a rather different edit. It’s a little more dusty than most, and it’s appropriately titled, because it’s probably what mountain biking is going to be like after the apocalypse hits – assuming that we’re not all, y’know, dead and stuff.

“The closest thing to riding in these condition I can relate to is shredding powder in the winter,” Fabien told Pinkbike. “You are floating over the track. One of the most scary parts is that the dust is so thick that you can’t see the big rocks that are hidden under it, you always have to be ready for whatever comes at you.”

This is a stellar guide through the art of roosting with Mr. Cousinie, and one thing’s for sure, it’s a good job he remembered his goggles.
