What? You thought by heading into the woods you could escape inline skaters? Sadly, those days are gone. Presumably bored of littering shopping precincts in small, satellite towns, Inline Skaters pursuit to troll the world has gone up a gear by heading into the forest.
Bladers Andreas Wirnstl, Marco Dallago, and Luca Dallago headed to a specially designed course, deep in a forest in Graz, Austria. For some reason, they've decked their self our in what appears to be Ice Hockey gear.
For from being a problem, maybe this is a good thing. Bear with us here...
If this rural sport becomes big, then maybe more and more roller bladers will head from the streets to the woods, riding specially designed courses where they can Lui Kang to their hearts content.
This voluntary oak-ghetto would mean that the streets would become inline skater free, and that's got to be a good thing. Granted, mountain bikers may have to share a little bit of their real estate with these guys, but that's a small price to pay. Just think of yourselves as the modern day, action sports equivalent of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. Heroes. Gods among men.
