It’s a common stereotype to say that skiers or snowboarders are somewhat lacking in the brain department, but we like to think that it’s not true.

Sometimes though, it is hard to defend the typecast. Take this ‘Watters World’ segment from Fox News for example. It was filmed during the X-Games last month, and saw Jesse Watters ask skiers and boarders some fairly simple history questions – nearly all of which were answered disastrously wrong.

One particular highlight were the folk who though the USA fought China, Poland and France in WW2…

Some particular highlights include the folk who though the USA fought China, Poland and France in the Second World War, the dude who thought George Washington was the American President in the 1980s, and the various contestants who thought ‘The Star Spangled Banner’ was actually just called ‘The National Anthem’.

Anyone who manages to make it through this video without a serious face palm is significantly stronger than us.
