Graham Agassiz Just Nailed One of the Scariest Mountain Bike Lines of All Time

Warning: this Red Bull Rampage line will make you cry with fear

It’s Red Bull Rampage day! That means that your house should be stocked full of Doritos, your fridge should be stocked full of beer, and your mind should now be in a place where you’re ready to watch jaw-dropping, make-you-sh*t-yourself cliff drops every time you turn a corner – no matter what the time of morning.

Cue Graham “Aggy” Agassiz.

Aggy has had a tough mountain bike career plagued with injury, but if one thing is for sure, it’s this: when he is fit, and he is on a bike, he’s one hell of a rider.

Aggy was of course part of the now-infamous Fest Series this year, hosting Aggy’s Reunion, in which the super train of riders taking on 60ft dirt jumps made the majority of mountain bikers vomit into a bucket with fear.

It sure proved that Aggy can handle a drop though, and if for some strange reason you need any more confirmation, check out the video below. It is absolutely wild.

Shaking while you watched that? Yeah, we understand. Drop your cup of tea on your computer and now owe your boss a new Mac? Sorry, we should’ve warned you. Holy-mother-of-all-mountain-biking, Rampage later today is going to be INSANE.

We’ve heard all about Brandon Semenuk’s “Terrifying” Rampage line and Nico Vink Gambling on a huge drop, but unfortunately Vink crashed out hard in practice, and though there’s no footage yet, the pictures look rough.

We look forward to seeing Semenuk’s line still and the likes of 2014 winner Lacondeguy in action as well, but if Aggy sticks it even harder than he did in the qualis above, there’s no reason he won’t be walking away with the top prize.

When you realise that Antoine Bizet nailed this run below in qualification and only came second, it really makes you scroll back up, watch Aggy’s run nine more times, vomit out your lungs, go to the hospital to get them put back in, and then stare at your own full-sus mountain bike sitting in the corridor in a state of utter terror. Don’t let that put you off having a watch though:

Many people are saying that this run was actually better than Aggy’s! What do we think? This had more gnar – CANYON GAAAAAP – and more absolute terror, but Aggy probably had more steeze. It’s a close call either way, but if you have a firm opinion let us know in the comments.

The day has come people, the time is almost now! Footage kicks off at 5.30pm UK time at this Red Bull Rampage Live Feed link. Enjoy!
