What would you ideal break consist of? Splitboarding into the snowy backcountry? Morning yoga sessions and healthy organic veggie lunches? Look no further....
Olympic snowboarder Kjersti Buaas and X Games medallist and yoga instructor Chanelle Sladics have just launched their own company called PRSNT which runs workshops for active adventurous women.
Both ladies are strong health advocates, they believe that balance is the way to a happy life - whether it's focusing on the food you eat, your snowboarding skills or even your mental calmness.
The idea behind the workshops is to bring like-minded women together to go surfing, snowboarding, splitboarding, hiking, rock climbing as well as introducing them to meditation, yoga, nutrition workshops and raw cooking classes.
The first snowboarding/yoga/healthy living camp kicked off earlier this month in Trondheim, Norway.
Kjersti and Chanelle have got three more planned this year - a splitboarding adventure in Colorado, USA, a freediving and meditation trip to a vegan food farm in Hawaii and an awesome surfing/ backcountry snowboarding trip to Chile.
Think this sounds amazing? Us too.
"We started PRSNT because we believe getting the juice out of life require you to operate at your highest self," says Chanelle on their website. "Getting there is a balance between physical, mental and spiritual pursuit."
Kjesti and Chanelle have tapped into everything that we love - getting back in touch with nature, practicing yoga, and charging hard in the mountains and by the sea with a group of radical women.
