This video of a snowboarder trying – and failing – to navigate a couloir in Slovakia was posted online a few days ago and has been melting the internet ever since.
The most amazing thing about this video is not the act that he survived unscathed (apart from, apparently, “scratches on his forearms”) it’s the fact that he was up there in the first place.
Honestly, how can a rider who hasn’t realised that you can stop yourself by digging your edge in made it to the top of a mountain?
