So, is this the world’s most expensive bike and what’s so special about it, you ask? Is it plated in gold and rolled in diamonds? Does it come complete with its own private Rihanna concert? Nope, as far as we can work out, the thing that makes it so pricey is that it’s got a titting picnic basket on the front.
Designed by revered French trunk-makers Monyat, the Malle Bicylette’s hamper contains porcelain goblets, plates and cutlery and the front panel can open out as a small table for on-the-go-dining. Which obviously explains everything.
