With just 33 days left until the half marathon, Mike’s been down the pub doing lots of talking about running.
He’s been chatting about running over a beer, nattering about running while sipping ice-cold pina coladas with his mates…
Yep, Mike’s half marathon training has so far mainly consisted of talking and drinking. Err, has anyone told him there’s less than five weeks until he runs 13.1 miles?! Just to reiterate, that’s thirteen point one miles!
This week though, we actually get to see him lace up his trainers and hit the trails for a short jog. Bit more half marathon training, bit less of the chatting please Mike.
