Water slides can be a bit tame sometimes. That's why you often see people firing down them two at a time, diving down head first, or even speeding down on their road bike instead - ...wait... what?
Yes, you read that right, some people have tried, and succeeded, in taking on a water slide on their road bike. And when we say 'some people', we mean one person - former trials world champion Martyn Ashton. Welcome to Road Bike Party 2.
Of course, some of you will have seen this before. The video originally dropped back in December of 2013, but we came across it recently and couldn't help but bring it back to your attention. Some of the footage is absolutely crazy.
Of course, there's an inspirational story behind this video as well, which many of you will know. On a day off from filming of the video, while working on his trials bike at the Moto GP at Silverstone, Martyn was in a bad crash and was paralysed from the waist down.
The trials champion has got a remarkably strong mentality though, and a positive attitude that should be an inspiration to all. He got on the phone and brought Chris Akrigg and Danny MacAskill in to finish the video, and it goes without saying, it's a work of art.
Not only do you have Ashton taking on some seriously slippy-looking water slides, riding on an aeroplane and going flipping mad, there's also Chris Akrigg inexplicably riding across a log in the woods, and the one and only Danny MacAskill nailing a full loop.
Yes, MacAskill may have stomped plenty loop-the-loops since this edit dropped, but let us remind you that in this video, he's riding a road bike. It's absolutely nuts.
Anyway, whether your reading this on a Thursday or not, why not throwback to this six minutes of trial riding wonder... and when you're done, check out Road Bike Party 3 here!
