With the sun on your face, a crate of beer chilling in a cool box, and a disposable barbecue cooking you up a variety of meat products; a flying disc is pretty much the perfect accompaniment to a day in the park. I mean, come on, who doesn’t love throwing a frisbee around?

That feeling when you nail a perfect sidearm throw, or pull off a diving catch high to your left, or when you inexplicably decide to throw one between your legs and it flies like an absolute dream. Nope, nothing beats the feeling…except when you’re dancing on the ceiling that is (we doff our caps to you, Lionel).

The lad in this video has taken the much-relished pastime of tossing a plastic dinner plate about to a whole new level of extreme. Standing on top of a green hill, with only dreary grey clouds above him, a future knight of the realm steps forward in his blue anorak and unleashes the greatest throw we’ve ever seen.

Initially, it looks like a fairly standard hilltop disc-chuck. But then, out of nowhere, an unexpected updraft comes along and changes the world of frisbee-throwing forever. It just keeps on flying, and flying, and flying, and flying…and flying.
