What’s the most important part of mountain biking? Having the right bike? Having the right gear? Choosing the right trails for your session? Nope. It’s the beer, before, during and after your ride. Obviously.
The thing is, people can get quite frustrated and anxious when they forget to bring a bottle opener to the bottom of the trails. Fear no longer though, for here’s downhill world cup legend Greg Minnaar showing how to open a beer with your bike wheel in a video dug up from summer last year. Easy as!
Greg’s won more World Cup races than any other rider in the history of the tour, and along with Steve Peat and Josh Bryceland, the Santa Cruz Syndicate team are well known for their abilities to open a beer post-race, so let’s just say Minnaar’s knowledge on this subject is probably second to none!
