If you’re looking for a good way to make your BMX edit stand out, there are pretty much two things that you can do without making pensioners strip. Either do something incredibly big and scary, like a Matt Hoffman style über air, or be creative.
For his part in The Finer Things movie, full time BMXer and part time contemporary art museum Tate Roskelley opted for the latter, and the results are sick.
Rather than just the same old feeble down the same old down-rail, Tate opted to view his surroundings a little differently. The result is this slightly mind melting edit.
From rolling around fields in pipes, to 50-50ing a bent bollard on a bit of an old barrier, this craziness reminds us of those nutty Think Tank snowboard movies which, if you’re not sure, is about as high as praise can get.
