A while back ago New Balance took their team on a skate trip to Boston and New York, where they filmed this edit. So far, so normal.

Except that this edit was filmed entirely on a Red Camera – the state-of-the-art beast used for films like the multi-million dollar Red Bull snowboard-fest The Art of Flight. Which means that this is probably the best-looking (and certainly one of the most expensive looking) skate edits you will ever see.

The sooooper slow mo, the reverb added to make the sound of wheels hitting concrete extra-epic, it’s all there.

If Carlsberg did skate edits… well, they’d probably have the budget to do them all like this.
