Watch: These Guys Pulling Tricks On The “World’s First” Modified Scooter-BMX

If a BMX and a scooter ever hooked up, their baby would look like this.

Some unusual collaborations make sense. Sharks and lions would, if fused together through some unholy act of science, probably make the most fearsome and perfect predator ever conceived. A killer on both land and sea, a shion/lark would never go hungry.

The BMX-Scooter combination featured in this video, on the other hand, is…well…it’s a bit shit isn’t it? Here at Mpora, we really like to encourage innovation and creativity so we don’t want to poop all over this straight from the off. No, scrap that. This is rubbish.

The high-centre of gravity on the scooter handlebars makes any attempt at fakies look like one of the wobbliest, sketchiest, and potentially wrist breaking things imaginable. The lads involved seem to be getting a kick out of it in a “this is so bad, it’s good” sort of way, so I guess it’s not all rubbish.

Overall though, it’s a thumbs-down from us for the “world’s first” Scooter-BMX.
