1. Meet Michelle Lewin
Like Unbound, she’s been in Cologne attending FIBO, the world’s biggest fitness expo.
Michelle Lewin is here representing fitness fashion brand LaBellaMafia, and people are queuing from the Channel Tunnel to get their picture taken with her.
(Okay, we’re over-egging her popularity a little – but only a little.)
Her main account, @Michelle_Lewin, documents her lifestyle and fitness regime and has 4.1 million followers.
Basically, Michelle Lewin is Princess Buff of Internetsville.
Here’s a pic Michelle posted of herself with Thingybob. Y’know… Whatsherface.
She spends five days out of every week working out, and two days a week chilling out.
It’s a life of free weights, running on sandy beaches, world-class selfie-ing and rocking the most ab-solutely ab-ulous abs around.
On Tuesdays, she focuses on her hamstrings and calves. On Wednesdays, she blasts her triceps and shoulders…
Fridays, she’s back on it – it’s leg day. Saturdays are all about her abs.
And then, on the seventh day, she rests – much like God did after creating the world. And she looked upon her creation, and she saw that it was good.
“There’s nothing more motivating than finding a new vein,” she continued. “Does that sound crazy? Maybe – but it’s true!”
Hey, whatever gets you through those reps and sets, ‘Chelle…
1) “When a guy comes right up next to me, lifts up his shirt, and starts flexing!”
2) “Guys who scream out loud when they’re cheating bicep curls…”
So gentlemen, please – leave it out, you’re impressing no-one.
(By the way: above is a pic Michelle Lewin posted of her visit to Muscle Gym Cologne, shortly before taking to the stage at FIBO. Hopefully there were no flexing/screaming lotharios, just out of shot.)
Every day, Michelle consumes seven meals.
Meal one: oatmeal and a protein shake.
Meal two: ham and crackers.
Meal three: chicken and brown rice…
Meal five: beef with asparagus and spinach.
Meal six: salmon and broccoli.
And meal seven: five packets of Monster Munch and a big bag of Haribo.
Nah, just kidding. Meal seven is a pre-bed protein shake.
…and she replied:
1. “Sprints, as they help to tighten your booty and burn fat at the same time.”
2. “Lunges, as they’re a great exercise for my leg muscles.”
3. “Side lateral raises, as I love to train my shoulders and I feel like side raises have really helped me to sculpt my delts.”
[‘Delts’ is short for deltoids – the shoulder muscles.]

“Squat like your ass depends on it!”
And her golden rule?
“Train each muscle at least once per week.”
Words to live by. Thanks for the #fitspiration, Michelle Lewin – now let’s get to it!
