1. “Sprints, as they help to tighten your booty and burn fat at the same time.”

2. “Lunges, as they’re a great exercise for my leg muscles.”

3. “Side lateral raises, as I love to train my shoulders and I feel like side raises have really helped me to sculpt my delts.”

[‘Delts’ is short for deltoids – the shoulder muscles.]
