When he can’t get to the gym (noooo!), Rich will perform his favourite bodyweight training routine instead.

It’s a five-exercise circuit featuring press-ups, squats, burpees, pull-ups and one-legged squats. He does five sets of 20 reps, and performs the one-legged squats on both sides.

Don’t try this at home, unless you’re looking to commit suicide in the most knackering manner possible.
