With so many personal trainers and fitness gurus vying for your likes on Instagram, it can be hard to know who to follow.

Luckily for your time-poor ass, we’ve trawled through roughly one bazillion pictures of rock hard abs and flexing biceps on your behalf. After much deliberation, here are our main best favourite fitness gurus in Instagramland.

A Nike Training Club Master Trainer, Marie Purvis loves dishing out the tough workouts. When she’s not posting pictures of her travels round the world with Nike, that is. Not jealous.

Trainer to slebs including 50 Cent, J-Lo and Madonna, Jay uploads regular fitness challenges and workout ideas. His 60-second Sunday-morning fitness challenges are designed to be performed as soon as you get out of bed. Fitness can be a cruel mistress.

A trainer on American TV show Extreme Weight Loss, Chris uploads videos and pictures of himself in the midst of a workout, explaining the full session to followers so they can try it themselves when they hit the gym. Not sure about those shorts.
