Erm, This Robot Feeds You Tomatoes While You Run

Runners! How often are you out pounding the pavement when you find yourself overcome with the urge to scoff several tomatoes?

Curse these stupid running shorts!” you gasp. “There’s nowhere to store half-a-dozen much-needed tomatoes – and even if there were, how would I feed them to myself without disrupting my stride?”

Well, your prayers just got answered – meet Japanese robot Tomaton…

Tomaton was created by Kagome, Japan’s largest manufacturer of tomato juice and ketchup They recommend the shoulder-mounted, tomato-delivering droid for marathon runners. “Tomatoes have lots of nutrition that combats fatigue,” says Kagome employee Shigenori Suzuki.
