Remy Metailler took on the Valparaiso urban downhill recently in Chile and captured the following footage on his GoPro. Safe to say that the course looks like one of the craziest we’ve seen in a long time.

Some of the turns look sketchy as hell, Remy carries some frightening speed down the narrow staircase sections, and on top of that, we’re almost sure we would’ve got lost at several points on the track if we hadn’t ended up in hospital first.

The footage below shows Remy’s full trip to Chile. We’ve set it to start when his footage of the downhill finals begins, but flick back to the start of the vid if you want to see a bit more behind-the-scenes madness and a nasty bail in training.
