Texting can be a dangerous game at times. It’s hilariously common to see people waling into street lights, or stumble on lose paving stones while they’re too bust texting, and not paying attention to what’s going on around them.
However, when this dude was walking down a side street in an alley, absentmindedly texting, he encountered something a little more terrifying than a but of uneven path.
When he looked up from his mobile, he saw a gigantic bear staring back at him. After a moment of pant-soiling fright, our friend legged it in the other direction.
It’s a good job this footage emerged, because we don’t think his friends down the pub would have believed his “You’ll never guess what happened to me today…” story for a second.
