Cliff diving is one of those activities that looks super chill and cool from a distance, but is actually freakin’ terrifying to do.

You’d imagine that anyone who jumps off a crazy high cliff is pretty experienced in the whole process and has calculated the risks… But from the video it seems as though that is not the case.

The dude in this video is tackling the 100-foot El Morro cliff jump and seems pretty nervous about it. Taking a leap, he gets his footing wrong and soon realises he’s heading straight for the cliff.

Luckily he manages to change direction half way down and not become cliff putty, but the sound as he hits the bottom will still make you cringe….
