Sometimes it’s the simple things in life that make your day that much better, whether that means having pizza for every meal of the day, taking ten minutes out your work to look at pictures of smiling cats, or laughing your head off at someone less fortunate than you.

If you’re a big advocate of the schadenfreude approach, prepare to have your day made by an upstanding citizen of the law – no doubt a good man who probably gives a lot to charity and keeps the streets safe – falling flat on his face.

There’s not an awful lot more to say about this one than what has already been typed. The cop tried to impress some girls by taking on the staircase on his bike, forgot that he doesn’t have the ability to actually do that, then bailed out hard, jumping back up quickly afterwards to try salvage the remnants of his long-gone steeze.

You’re a terrible person for enjoying it so much, of course, but that goes without saying. We’re sure the policeman will take much solice in the fact that his ten-second disaster has provided a welcome lift to struggling workers around America, Europe and indeed the world.
