Nope, as far as we can work out, the thing that makes it so pricey is that it’s got a titting picnic basket on the front.

Designed by revered French trunk-makers Monyat, the Malle Bicylette’s hamper contains porcelain goblets, plates and cutlery and the front panel can open out as a small table for on-the-go-dining. Which obviously explains everything.
