10. Change quickly after the run
As soon as you’ve finished your training session, you’re heart rate will begin to decrease and your core temperature will rapidly drop. It’s a good idea to get out of damp clothes quickly and change into something warm to ensure the core stays toasty.
Try a steaming cup of tea once you’ve taken on a decent amount of water, it helped win two World Wars and works wonders for warming through freezing digits.
