Fancy traveling the world on your skateboard? Of course you do. Who wouldn’t want to see the globe while doing the thing you love.
The idea of combining skating every day with the adventure and discovery of travel is nothing short of intoxicating. However, you probably think this is the stuff if top-level pros.
Sure, Tom Schaar gets jetted around with a seat in first class for his board, but us normals never see that life, right? Wrong.
Skater Little JC has proved that skating and traveling can be done, without squillions of bank notes in your wallet. Little JC has packed up his board, hedded to new York and decided to head due South from there.
After hitting up America (or at least some of it – it’s a pretty big place after-all), he headed to Mexico to take in the iconic scenery as he cruised the streets on his deck.
From Mexico, he found his way to Guatemala – the obvious place to anybody that owns a map. Just like the other edits that he’s dropped so far, it’s steeped in amazing visuals that somehow capture every once of the places he visits.
This is no ordinary set of skate films. They have the feel of genuine travelogues about them, which is no mean feat given that it’s just a dude with a moustache, a skateboard and a camera.
We can’t wait to see what drops next (although, given a quick look at Google maps, we’re guessing it will be Honduras or El Salvador) .
