MORE INFO
Adidas are known around the world for their urban/street and athleisure-focused outerwear. Recently, however, they’ve made forays into the world of technical resort and backcountry outerwear. With options in this latest collection catering for women too, the brand behind the iconic three-stripes can be said to be offering up something for everyone.
On the environmental front, it’s worth noting, Adidas are committed to reducing their carbon footprint by 30% within the next 10 years. If you take a look at the new collection you’ll also notice that a lot of the products, including the jacket and pants featured here, are made from recycled polyester.
Features and Fit
The 3-in-1 Jacket features a fully adjustable helmet-compatible hood, loads of pockets that are equipped to stash both big and small items, a powder skirt with jacket and pant integration and underarm venting for when you need a bit of fresh air. For added style points, Adidas’s signature three stripes can be found printed on the hood.
The outer shell material is made to protect you from snow, rain and wind no matter how nasty things get up there. Adidas has used Primegreen as the fabric which not only provides an extremely durable protection to the waterproof membrane, but is also pretty kind to the planet too. This fabric has been made from recycled plastic, and other recycled materials, in a bid to back up the brand’s commitment to reducing their carbon footprint.
