Head have been around since the 1950’s, represented by athletes in the World Cup race circuit to the Freeride World Tour, they’re widely accepted as a leading snowsports manufacturer. It’s with this know-how Head have released the Formula series, new for this season.

With the Formula RS 120, you’ll no longer have to compromise on either high performance or all day comfort. Derived from the Raptor WCR, the Formula RS pulls together technologies from the race performance Raptors with the comfort of the Nexo.
There is a range of boots in the Formula series, different flex options, 2 last options (the Formula has a 100mm last, while the RS is 98mm) and there is also a women’s version available, with different flex and last options too. The Formula RS 120 offers high level piste performance in a boot you can wear day in, day out.
Head Formula RS 120 Build
The Formula RS 120 has a 98 mm last at 26.5, and an adjustable flex of 120 to 130. It’s made from a new PU material to help give a progressive flex and minimise vibrations for increased control. There are four micro-adjustable Spine-Flex low profile buckles and a 50mm Velcro strap for ultimate adjustability and performance.
New cuff alignment capabilities allow exact adjustments in flex and feel and a race balance stance that forces skiers to be more centred. The outsole can also has a Grip Walk option for hassle-free snow scrambles (or walks to the pub).
