Finding the perfect small ski touring backpack is no easy feat, but Osprey might just have nailed it. Introducing the Kamber 22, a small daypack designed specially for spring backcountry touring and lift-accessed missions beyond the resort boundaries.
Osprey are master backpack makers with a 40 year history of making top-quality outdoor kit. Based in the San Juan mountains in Colorado, they have the perfect gear testing ground right on their doorstep. Every detail on these bags is carefully thought through – from the stitching to how comfortably it sits on your back.
“It has an insulated hydration sleeve so you’ll never have ice in your water tube again”
The Kamber 22 has everything a backcountry skier could want from a backpack. It has an extra large front pocket to store your avalanche safety gear, including space for large shovel blades and extra long probes. The main compartment is a special watertight zone, made to keep your dry kit away from wet avalanche gear and skins.
On the outside of the pack, you’ll find a stowable helmet pouch on top, plus straps to carry a snowboard vertically or skis diagonally.
