A day of skiing or snowboarding can literally burn thousands of calories. While for many this might be music to your ears, be aware that it’s pretty exhausting and you’ve got six days of it, so pace yourself!
Take snacks with you up the mountain so that you can refuel throughout the day and make sure to keep yourself properly hydrated. It may be cold, but once that ski instructor gets you relentlessly side stepping up the nursery slope trust us, you’ll be sweating.
