Think skiing is a bit pricey? What if we told you that you could hire an entire ski resort for just $50 -about £33? That’s less than a few hours at your local indoor slope, and a good reduction on the average price of a lift pass at a resort.

That’s what Eagle Point resort in Utah are offering. It’s open to the public en mass Thursday to Sunday, but Monday to Wednesday it could be yours for just $50 a night.

Sound too good to be true? Well, it kind of is. The resort can be hire privately for $10,000 per night for 200 hundred paying customers. While that doesn’t quite sound as appealing as $50 a night for your very own, private resort, it’s still not too bad. Just you and 199 other people hooning around the resorts 40 runs that stretch over 600 acres. And split between you all, it’s just $50 per night.

The resort itself is just a four hour drive from Las Vegas, which sounds like a lot to us in the UK, but distance in the US is a bit like dog years – fours hours is absolutely nothing. It makes the resort’s private hire possibilities ideal for large corporate groups, looking to do something a little different to paint balling, and quad biking.

So, when November rolls around, and your boss starts thinking about where to hold the Christmas party this year, tell them it’s Eagle Point or you’re moving Tibet to live in a yurt. That accounts team is nothing without you. Nothing!
