Every surfer knows that one of the worst feelings in the world is when your favourite board gets a bit old and you can’t ride it anymore.

After years of riding waves together, it can be pretty heartbreaking to throw an old board away, so many of them end up sat in garden sheds across the country, gathering dust.

Retired boards don’t need to be stored away and forgotten about however, there are many cool and unusual ways that you can give them a second life in your home.
