Surf pro Ryan “Hippo” Hipwood was almost killed two years ago when he decided to take on ‘The Right’ – the “most dangerous and unpredictable wave” in the world.
Being an action sports athlete though, Hippo also happens to have balls of steel, so naturally he decided to group together with a few of his mates and return for a second try.
The footage above from the Monster Energy athlete and his fellow riders is truly stunning. If you manage to make it through without sweating, gasping or yelling out a swear word, you’re a stronger person than us. It really is ridiculous.
