Nage Melamed has been on the scene since she was 14 and is part of an up and coming generation of young female surfers growing up in Oahu unafraid of stepping up their surf game. Along with the likes of Kelia Moniz, she’s showing that surfing is no longer a man’s world.

She’s taken some big scalps in the past including Roxy Pro finalist, Bianca Buitendag, when they were both juniors. Her style is high risk, high reward – full of eye catching turns and always hunting the perfect wave rather than slumming it in the small stuff.
