Steph Gilmore is the most decorated women in surfing. Five World Championships in six years, EPSY Sportswomen of the year, star of the ESPN 2011 body issue – there’s not much that female surfing’s poster woman hasn’t achieved.

The Australian is nicknamed ‘Happy Gilmore’ to her friends but we haven’t seen much of an anger issue so far in her instagram feed, just plenty of sick surfing.

As well as dominating the women’s surf game, Gilmore is also a member of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society fighting to preserve our oceans and keep them intact for future generations of surfers.
