Surfing in Iceland is nothing new, but getting clips like this is. Some sick hand held angles from British Pro Ian Battrick. What’s more this has got to be one of the coldest surfing edits of all time, with air temps never above freezing and water temps at only four degrees.

If that wasn’t enough to already put the average surfer off, Iceland is incredibly expensive. To get round this and to stay here and surf as long possible Ian sleeps rough, in the boot of his car, a tent or if he’s lucky a tunnel. We’re not sure if that’s total dedication or total madness but either way it’s a sick clip.
