If you fancy travelling from Monte Isola to the island of San Paolo, it usually costs you a bit of time and money. Your best bet would be to book a place on a boat trip, or rent out your own boat and sail across alone.

The two artists have created a three kilometre floating pier, made of 100,000 square meters of shimmering yellow fabric, draped over a modular floating dock system of 220,000 high-density polyethylene cubes which connect Sulzano to Monte Isola and to the island of San Paolo.
