This Instagram Adventure Couple Is Being Stalked Around The World By A Copycat Photographer

This is so creepy

Everyone on Instagram is after followers and professional Instagram adventurers Jack Morris and Lauren Bullen have two million of them. Along with their digital following however, this couple found out recently that they also have a weirder real life follower.

The photographers discovered that another Instagram account was literally chasing them around the world and recreating their poses wherever they went.

In order to capture the photographs, the woman and a male accomplice traveled around the world to the same spots as Morris and Bullen and even bought the same clothes as them to perfectly recreate the photographs.

Creepy, ey?

The couple discovered the copycat profile when their followers started sending the photos to them.

At first they thought that the images were just photoshopped with the other people, however they soon realised that they were in fact genuine and the profile owner had been stalking them from one country to the next for the last few months.

There are so many questions about this. Firstly, why would anyone ever try and do this, but also, how do they have enough money and free time to not only follow the couple around the world, but also track down their clothing and match them in each photo?

Unfortunately, the photographers never found out the answers to any of these questions, but they did manage to get them to stop. Writing to the copycat, the couple got the profile blocked by Instagram and the photos taken down, before agreeing to allow it to continue as a private account, with no more copied photos.

We hope that the copycat photographers come out and explain their bizarre actions one day, we have so many questions!

For now however, check out the original photos below and compare them to the copies. The line between online admiration and obsession has never been more blurred….
